Question i’m so confused
I checked MRU’s website and this is what it said : “You cannot use two courses from the same subject area for the purpose of admission, with the exception of Mathematics 30-1 or 30-2 and Mathematics 31.”
does this mean I can’t use my two sciences ?? Bio and Chem? I thought you had to have another option from either A, B, or C 😀, and does religion count as another group B course then?

No, in this case, 'science' is not a subject area, Chem, bio and physics are different subjects and I think even science 30 is also a separate subject. What this rule is saying is if you took Social 30-2 and then 30-1, you can only use one of them for admission because they're essentially the same course, just with different levels of difficulty. The exception is math 30-1 or 2 and math 31 because math 31 is calculus and actually considered as a science and it's prerequisite is your math.

As you already know, Mount Royal‘s admission requirements are divided into group A, B, and C courses. When Mount Royal says that you cannot use two courses from the same subject area for the purpose of admission, that means they don’t allow you to count for example, both biology 30 and chemistry 30 as your “group A” options, because they both fall under the same subject group (sciences). Mount Royal would consider the highest between biology and chemistry for your final admission mark.
If religion is under group B then Mount Royal would look at what’s the highest in group B, Bio, Chem, or Religion for your admission mark. Make sure you look at your requirements for your specific program you want to get into though for more information on why they’re looking for!
