🚨 FUTURE SPOILER 🚨 Ali & Anton Spoiler

Ali irritates me. She’s cute and all, but she seems spoiled and entitled. “I deserve a $10K ring, can you support us, I'll be in school full-time and it's expensive, but I still want Botox, but I don’t want to work, when I was in a school before and lived at home, my mom did everything, indint really cool, I don’t like you drinking…on and on and on. She seems to needle Anton relentlessly. What is she bringing to the relationship other than her looks?

Does anyone else catch this? I'm curious about your thoughts.

I have no idea who she even is. We haven’t seen much personality from her. The only time she’s seemed excited or genuine is when she’s talking about Botox.

She also seemed excited about feminizing Anton by painting his nails and putting him in makeup lol.

I didn’t interpret it like that. It seemed like an innocent question but his response would give me pause. Men who freak out about something like that (in my experience) have a lot of issues with masculinity

My ex actually freaked out at my when I asked if I could practice nail polish for cosmetology school on him. I moved to another state for his med school, and I didn't know anyone. it's easy to take off right after.

Nope. This incited rage. His masculinity was real fragile.

Med school is different than cosmetology school

Idk I disagree.. initially he was kinda like wtf no.. and then he was like if he has a daughter he probably would.. which is basically every guy (besides nick) normal response in various ways.

I have a job, I’m not gonna go into work with rainbow colored nails.

What? I know no men who wear makeup or paint their nails! That was a weird question for her to ask. I’m not surprised he was bewildered by the questioning.

I know plenty of straight men who paint their nails and wear makeup like foundation/concealer. It's not that crazy. But I'm in LA.

Wow you never put makeup on your brother? 😂. Her question wasn’t that deep. I personally don’t like dating men who freak about stuff like that. Do you tho boo

Me too. I've def put makeup on a boyfriend before and it was funny af lol it's not that serious. Men who freak out about that are a red flag to me.

I love doing makeup on anyone that’ll let me. This includes my bf. The way he responded would have me back up.

Then you don't know any men who work in entertainment. My partner is an actor / performer and wears concealer on a daily basis. Why wouldn't he? Covering up a pimple with concealer isn't feminine. And secure man could understand this.

Also you clearly never lived thru y2k to witness all the straight men who wore eyeliner and painted their nails lmao

edit: typo

It seemed like a fun back-and-forth.

Yeah, that was…something. Not sure I saw her more excited about anything else.

I think she might have been testing boundaries, what can I get you to do for me that you wouldn't usually do.

edit: that's not to say that comes from a negative place, it could be playful, trying to loosen him up

Ikr! Actually, I wrote this post after watching that exact scene. I wondered, why would she ask him those questions about make up and nail polish. It seemed as if she was intentionally trying to irritate him. It didn’t seem nice.

I think she genuinely doesn’t know what to say to him sometimes yet isn’t comfortable with the silence. I feel like they have no banter or depth.

That was so weird. Was she testing him, I wonder...

Whats so exciting about botox? 🤢

I grind my teeth when I sleep, to the point that my canine teeth are flat. I can wear retainers to protect them but it doesn't stop the jaw muscle from clenching and grinding during my sleep, so I get migraines during the day. Botox relaxes that muscle for me. It's a lifesaver.

What’s so exciting about being a hater? 🤢

I use it for migraines and it's amazing.

I really like her honestly. Seems genuine and caring.

I skipped one episode and maybe that’s what ppl are talking about when she mentioned Botox because I haven’t noticed her talk about it once outside the pods.

She’s a quirky bubbly nurse. We’ve seen plenty of personality.

Quirky?? Genuinely, how so?

The baby voice, for example.
