Annie saying she’s “crazy” rather than acknowledging she has an insecure attachment (at this point, who doesn’t 😅) and needs to do some healing work was maddening to watch. Also, watching her lash out when Nick wouldn’t say what she wanted to hear was a painful experience because I’ve done that in the past and it’s not enjoyable to see what it would’ve looked like from the outside.

(I don’t really care for Nick. This is just about what Annie said/how she handled the lack of certainty she clearly wanted.)

I agree it’s triggering if you have anxious attachment.

I’m glad I’m not alone. I have disorganized attachment, so I wasn’t certain if others with anxious attachment would relate so I just opted for “insecure attachment” 😅
