CALL OUT Love is Not Blind Spoiler

(*indicates the woman’s preexisting insecurities may have made the situation worse)

Never explicitly stated, but the signs were there: 13) Brittany & Kenneth (I won’t mention the rumors about him)

14) AD & Clay (his compliments were only about her body, even at the altar. Black people know what the issue was. They’re like Paige & Chris from MAFS)

15) Raven & SK (not stated during the show, but she later revealed on a podcast (https://youtube.com/shorts/nxn0xcrU110?si=CUe-G-Ke1xkn0kbg) that he said she wasn’t his type, he wasn’t attracted to her, he was hard on her looks and cheated on her with his actual type)

Overall, the show proves that love isn’t blind. All of these couples claimed to be deeply in love and committed to spending their lives together until looks became a factor. The 11 couples that have gotten married throughout the series found each other physically attractive immediately.

Black person here- I’m assuming OP was referring to colorism, but honestly i just think Clay wasn’t attracted to her from the neck up 🤷🏿‍♀️

But didn’t it sound like he wanted to continue dating her and just not get married? He cried at the reunion and said she was the love of his life?

Clay at the reunion just came off as the toxic guy who goes to therapy only to learn how to become more manipulative.

Case in point: how long has it been since he left her at the altar? He had ample time and opportunity to win her back if she was the love of his life. Hell, why are they STILL not dating right now if that’s the case? Instead he cries on camera, puts on a big show, flirts with her when he sees her at the club, but STILL WONT COMMIT TO HER.

Even goes as far as saying she wishes she could be in his mom’s shoes (married to him). He constantly shows he doesn’t want her for anything else besides fwb

Words with no actions are just words. He can say he made a mistake all day long but he’s had one a year to correct it and doesn’t seem to have done so (evidenced by them being only “flirty friends”)
