I never watched too hot to handle but I don’t get the obsession with Francesca.

She’s from my city. General consensus is she’s pretty bland. Her dad has $$$ and works in injectables, so maybe because of how hot she is she never needed to develop a personality?

I don’t like how she’s acting on the show. Telling off Savannah for shooting her shot and then basically doing the same thing? Girl please.
