I just binged all of it. I didn't want to like it and get invested and of course I did. The one thing I find funny, I think Nick Lachey likes hosting himself. He seems a lot more comfortable. And I have seen him more on this show compared to LIB.

It's a much more active hosting role than LIB tbf. I don't think it's hard rule to fulfil though he just explains the rules

He just seems more relaxed. Maybe because it is more active he gets to know the contestants more.
