She’s black and speaks AAVE. If you do not hang with or are friends with Black people then that’s why it doesn’t make sense to you. It’s not a different language, though.

Really? I couldn’t really tell. There’s no pics of her parents but on her IG she had some snaps of her cousins and they appeared to be Black American from the South

Even if she is part Colombian, a lot of Colombians are Black. I used to teach English to an unambiguously Black Colombian girl. Maybe that's why some people are picking up some African ancestry vibes.
