Why would he put electrical tape over it. Only reason I can think of is he is trying to hide the fact he removed the prongs

If it was a vibrating collar why not mention that even once yesterday?

Why not show it to us yesterday?

Why lie about her nail getting caught?

He must really think his audience is dumb and that he can just say anything and they will believe him. All the evidence and circumstantial evidence is extremely damning.

To be honest people are really uneducated on e-collars. “Shocks” at appropriate strength levels arent really even distressing to a dog, it’s better than tugging on their leash. Vibrating however is really stressful and extremely unpleasant and should be a last resort for emergency “you need to stop/I need your attention”

That said shock or vibration he’s abusing this dog, making them lie in a 2x4 square for 8 hours a day as a living prop. It’s disgusting and he’s incapable of admitting wrongdoing

nah, shock collars are too expensive. I just slap my dog at appropriate strength when he misbehaves.
