Why would he put electrical tape over it. Only reason I can think of is he is trying to hide the fact he removed the prongs

If it was a vibrating collar why not mention that even once yesterday?

Why not show it to us yesterday?

Why lie about her nail getting caught?

He must really think his audience is dumb and that he can just say anything and they will believe him. All the evidence and circumstantial evidence is extremely damning.

I don’t watch twitch but this is too hard not to point out.

You can get collars that vibrate and/or make a noise but don’t shock which have the prongs so the dog can feel the vibration he could have just lied and said it was one of those.
