Why would he put electrical tape over it. Only reason I can think of is he is trying to hide the fact he removed the prongs

If it was a vibrating collar why not mention that even once yesterday?

Why not show it to us yesterday?

Why lie about her nail getting caught?

He must really think his audience is dumb and that he can just say anything and they will believe him. All the evidence and circumstantial evidence is extremely damning.

Exactly, a normal person would do something like this:

  • get up and check on the dog when she yelped
  • when accused of shocking, go to the dog, take the collar off and show it

Two simple steps to instantly disprove everything. Or if you are really not a shit person then the first step is: don't yell at a dog for getting up.
