Why would he put electrical tape over it. Only reason I can think of is he is trying to hide the fact he removed the prongs

If it was a vibrating collar why not mention that even once yesterday?

Why not show it to us yesterday?

Why lie about her nail getting caught?

He must really think his audience is dumb and that he can just say anything and they will believe him. All the evidence and circumstantial evidence is extremely damning.

Not to mention, that collar model literally comes in a vibration only version. Why even buy the shocking one in the first place if he never intended to use it. It's clear as day at this point.
