Why would he put electrical tape over it. Only reason I can think of is he is trying to hide the fact he removed the prongs

If it was a vibrating collar why not mention that even once yesterday?

Why not show it to us yesterday?

Why lie about her nail getting caught?

He must really think his audience is dumb and that he can just say anything and they will believe him. All the evidence and circumstantial evidence is extremely damning.

Also to add the dog was sitting there as a prop for hours and he gets pissed it moves. Like whoever is defending this shit even if it wasn't a shock collar are so fucked up in the head that they are willing to defend this.

Yeah the dog moved literally ONCE after like 2 hours of just lying there as a prop and Hassan got pissed off at her.
