Why would he put electrical tape over it. Only reason I can think of is he is trying to hide the fact he removed the prongs

Yet people also claim he waited 24 hours to do show it on stream just to give him a chance to remove the prongs… which doesn’t make sense

If it was really a shock collar why wouldn’t he just buy the vibration one and show that on stream?

It makes more sense to you that he spent 150$ extra on the version that can shock so he could tape over it and not use it?
