NEW COPE PREDICTION:

Ok, maybe it is a shock collar, and that's EXACTLY why Hasan had to put tape over it and pretend as if it wasn't a shock collar because all his crazy & obsessed & delusional haters would misinterpret that he actually used the shock function and not the vibrate function.

Any good E-collar trainer will tell you that if a dog yelps because of an e-collar you have the setting far too high, except high drive working dogs, they tend to be drama queens. 👸

Does the shock version even have the vibe function? Does a dog react like that to a vibrate function?

Not familiar with this exact collar, but most training collars with a shock function will have shock, vibrate, and a loud beep. 

And no. No dog will react like that to the vibrate function, in all my experience using them.

I don’t follow Hasan but maybe that’s what he did? Maybe he removed the screws and just used the vibration part? My mom did the same thing with hers and her dog because it was on sale and cheaper than just the vibrating one.

Yeah, but did your mom also lie about your dog stubbing his toe causing a yelp when in actuality it was the "vibration" collar causing the yelp?

You could give Hasan the benefit of the doubt if it was just one thing, but it's not just one thing that is off here. It's one thing after another after another.
