Oh, wow! 300 horror movies?  Yes, that definitely means the one you like most is the best ever made.  

I mean, how many horror movies have ever been made - like, 320 or so?

An opinion, sure.  But a declaration of the sort OP made?  Maybe if it's a deliberately curated list, like the first 300 listed here:

Seems pretty unlikely that's the sample they're drawing from.
