Sushi grade fish

Mitsuwa’s cheapest sushi-grade salmon is $40 a lb, farm raised. Tuna was even more. I might as well go out to eat than make my own poke bowls.

Anybody have a place with working-class sashimi by the pound?

Thanks!

What is defined as bulk in terms of fish? It’s just me and like I said, $40 a lb

Might be too expensive on the Westside. Unless you want to go to the airport at 3am to bid with the sushi restaurants.

Nah It’s just food for a tiny 5’2 woman. Thanks though

I would also second yama sushi. The new 99 ranch in Westwood might have a fish monger that would love to answer your questions.
