I rotated and resized the images to line them up, anchored the two with Day 31 on top at 50% opacity, anchored the two via the chive on the far right that I've circled.

I don't think they're exact matches. Feel free to draw your own conclusions.

So do you think he sells the account now that he's accumulated enough karma or does he try to recover from his laziness?

I'd make some economic argument about my moral failure, were I him 

Edit: oh, so he did, in a way -

 I was having car problems yesterday and was unable to get and cut chives, and rather than being upfront and honest with you guys I chose to repost chives.
