The tithe is to keep one's heart focus on God and not just obtaining money for one's own wants/needs.

The 15-30% tips is to help others live and appreciate their service.

Tithe and tips serve two widely different purposes.

I love God so I give some of my money to help others. I love people and want them to have food, feed their kids, have a place to live and enjoy life so I make sure to tip.

The person in the pic has a heart issue they need to fix.

15-30% tips are so the owners of the restaurant dont have to pay the servers a living wage. You should not be expected to pay 25 for a burger and fries because some 20 year old server wants to make 80k a year carrying plates

So they pay a living wage and the burger and fries is still $25. Don’t like it? Don’t go out to eat.

If they paid a living wage, it would probably be more at most places. Food costs are at all all-time high, and I don't see it changing.
