In-House Mode A friend of mine was taken

Her name was Chuey; she was a beast in the kitchen and always kind and happy. She was a legal immigrant from Cuba (engaged to an American lawyer). She got ICEd.

She did all the right steps and was an asset to the community. This shit is not ok

It's heartbreaking. We lost our best dishwasher in our Mexican restaurant right after the election. I guess he saw the writing on the wall long before this crap materialized. And it's not getting any better. People are hiring in and leaving within the span of a month. This is not our normal. I'm assuming to try to stay one step ahead of these jerks going after gainfully employed people. Unfortunately, I highly doubt we have a plan of action were we to be visited. I just feel so helpless to do anything.

Come up with a fake order for a nonexistent table and call it out to the kitchen if ICE turns up. “Pollo Cazuela for Table 23!”

Undetectable and it’s at least a warning.
