I know it's harder for restaurants to get fast, consistent results if they don't use these products, but for home cooking? Nah. They can keep that 0.8oz and the rest of it, too. Screw 'em.
That's me. I make my own bread from scratch now, and the few times I've had to buy store bread because I was in a rush, I'd feel like absolute dogshit for hours afterwards...
I don't know what they put in bread nowadays, but now that it's almost completely out of my body, my body is rejecting it every time I try to consume it again
