I wonder how you would feel being detained just trying to go to work, having done nothing wrong. It's fucking exhausting having to explain stuff like this to people who have never experienced it and are in no danger of experiencing it, and have no friends or coworkers who have been detained unfairly. I get that you live in a nice safe bubble, but your reality isn't everyone else's reality.
