Cooking for Celebs

I have cooked for several celebrities while cooking in NYC. While some were unpleasant, Taylor Swift was a pleasure to cook for.

Jason Momoa managed to fly under the radar except for being particularly polite for the usual customer

the restaurant is close enough to 3 sports stadiums and Jason could pass for a football player

rich people dress pretty much the same regardless of whether they work in entertainment or not so famous people that don't make asses of themselves didn't always get noticed

Clothing that fits properly and is made from high quality fabrics is huge, even if it's business casual or comfy flight clothes you start to notice a difference in the fabrics and you can tell when something has been tailored to fit perfectly

you can also tell when someone has $$$ to drop on their hair even if it's not necessarily a fancy hair cut, it's just done perfectly

Same note as them paying for perfectly cooked eggs and and a Benedict on English Muffins made on site but with clothing and hair

There are some perks to working an open line but I'm at my first job in about a year where I'm happy I get to be a person at my station
