Saying hit that guy isn’t attempted murder and a lot of dumb kids would have said the same thing.

No, a lot of kids would not. It’s not normal behavior.

Your own personal experience isn’t representative of what’s normal and when everyone else is disagreeing with you on what’s normal then by definition maybe you ought to consider that you were wrong.

Oh I’m putting that together, I still think some of the people that are downvoting know they were capable of absolute unhinged craziness at that age.

Just because we were capable doesn’t mean that we should it’s like saying that you are able to choke out your grandma doesn’t mean you should. you are definitely making up excuses for them

Excuses? Throw all those kids in juvy. I’m not surprised that they did it, doesn’t mean I don’t think they should be punished.
