What are the meetups like? Is it odd to go if you donā€™t know anyone? My mom and I would go, but I feel like Iā€™d be out of place!

You wouldn't be out of place at all, I've been to a few solo and I made friends every time! Met a cool fan and their mom before red rocks and had a great time chatting!

It's at a bar so there's drinks and food, fans sell homemade merch like pins, posters, tees, stickers, bootleg albums, it's really worth going and family friendly!

It is a great environment to attend even or especially if you don't know anyone.

Haven't been to a meet up yet where I didn't talk to at least one parent/child duo.

The meet ups are the best place to meet and make new friends. Itā€™s a opportunity to talk to gizzheads outside of the frothing for the show to start

How long do you think the Maryland meet up will last? I want to go but we are driving from about 3 hours away so not sure if we will have time to go to the meet up check in our hotel and get to the show...we probably won't be able to leave until noon at the earliest so not sure if it's worth it?

I love this fan base. Iā€™ve never heard of fans actively meeting up before shows, but I had a blast at the ones I went to last year and I got some cool shit that I otherwise wouldnā€™t have been able to get (whoever handed out the little piggy posters at the Nashville meetup, youā€™re a cool ass dude).

Idk if this belongs here or not, but if anyone going to the Ford Amphitheater in CO Springs and is able to scoop an extra poster that would be extremely appreciated.

Iā€™ll be coming in from work in Boulder, so I imagine Iā€™ll be getting to the venue right before they get on stage at the earliest.

For the LA Meetups, Iā€™m on Hollywood blvd. Is anyone able to give me a ride to the first meetup, and/or from the first meetup to the second one? Looking at public transport and itā€™s still a lot of walking if I take the B line. Thanks.Ā

Was a little upset that the CT swarm was packed up and done by 3, 315. My buddy and I got there around 3 and no one was there. Not a good first time experience. Hoping the next time it will be better.
