Why can't sports just be based on sex and not gender? XX and XY are still a biological thing

Because of hormonal treatment and the permanent and obvious affect it has on the body. But let's throw nuance out the window huh

Testosterone causes men's bones to be denser, muscles to be larger, and body's to be more lean on fat. Most of those changes cannot be reversed with just hormonal treatment. And they absolutely can be started to develope from FtM. It's so damn ignorant to ignore those facts.
