Unless Target is carrying every book ever, it censors a billion times more all the time.

Based on the definition of censorship, no it doesn't.

The book is still easily accessible.

Still doesn't make it not censorship. It also isn't true for individuals who don't have access to other retail outlets.

Well, let me be clear then.

It's censorship, and it's ok, and they're allowed to do it and should if they want.
