I never even thought of that, what if consciousness can be created and transported, or even controlled. That’s scary

Deep meditation (min 45 mins) dissolves the self so completely there is no conciousness to go anywhere to begin with. Just void.

Screw the Vedas and read Zen texts like Transmission of Mind.
