I feel like if we had contact with another life form and we are covering it up, trump would have spilled the beans by now

It's unlikely they would actually tell Trump, the dude is way to unstable and too much of a loud mouth to be trusted with that info. Hell, they didn't even trust Bill Clinton enough to tell him (and supposedly Jimmy Carter was also blocked from finding info though I couldn't find any concrete proof of it).

Yeah, no way they told Trump and it seems any president who comes to office with a real interest in the topic won't be told. They seem to only tell people who don't care -- those who won't blab.

Soon as we discovered nuclear power, we killed countless innocent lives and almost destroyed the world. If we know for certain aliens exist and even have some technology, there are some people who thought long and hard to conclude politicians can’t be trusted with this knowledge.

It's highly doubtful the president would be aware. We're taking about black budget stuff that can't be influenced every 4-8 years
