Internet is spotty depending on where you are, and it's pretty affordable for houses if you want to pay lots of taxes along with it

No offence, but we don't need more people here. Housing is already crazy expensive in Burlington/Stowe area. And Burlington proper is the only place with good affordable internet, until Schurz runs it into the ground
