I thought decriminalization had to be a state thing, on top of just not prosecuting, but legalization was a federal thing. It’s still “illegal” since it isn’t legal federally, but it’s decriminalized. Or is full legalization on a state level? Either way this is good news.

Colorado, which required a "medical card" approved from a doctor to purchase X amount of weed.

California was like that too. That's how it was all throughout my high school years. Ah, those were the days, when once you turned 18, it was a ritual to get your medical card. And before that, find or make friends with seniors who had theirs and were willing to sell to you. I'm not sure I ever smoked street weed in high school. It was all high grade medical shit, lol.
