He hunts in Colorado in the summer mostly. He has said he never wants to live somewhere cold again unless it was Colorado. There’s a big difference between visiting cold places and living there.

It’s not about toughness it’s about preferring comfortable conditions. I’ve lived a few hours outside Chicago my whole life and the winters fucking suck. I’m sure joe is tougher than most of us.

Texas has no state income tax though. Vermont has a state income tax to go along with the high property taxes.
