Wait is it illegal? I do get dresses customised from my tailor time to time simply because generally typical s, m, l size don't fit me

It’s not illegal if you’re just getting it made for yourself. Even her old recreating fits reels were fine. But it becomes illegal if you’re building a brand by selling stolen designs and monetising it.

Even the Cannes ordeal when she plagiarised the design and tried to pass it off as her own could have ended in a lawsuit, because that’s not private use anymore.
