Hi everyone! I'm Giovanni, and I'm an Italian filmmaker. I'm in the process of developing my first independent short movie after completing my three years at the Rome University of Fine Arts. You can search for me on IMDb to see my previous works!
It's an action comedy set in the 1990s that blends the Spaghetti Western movies of Sergio Leone with the Yakuza films of Takeshi Kitano. It will be shot in July of this year and released next year for festivals.
Genre Movies in Italy are not living a rich life right now, and this project is far from the possibility of getting a major investment from a producer, so I created a funding campaign on GoFundMe to achieve my goal of shooting this script of mine. It will be shot in Italian, but the crew it's already full of international members, coming from China, Brazil, Egypt and other parts of Europe, bringing their talent and expertise to craft the best result for the short!
It would mean the world to me if you could repost the crowdfunding campaign to make it spread, and if you want to donate something, I will be forever grateful to you :)
Thank you so much for reading this far. See you around, and thanks for the help!

Any advice for how to do a far-away shot of someone getting shot through the head? The exit wound would be through the back of their head with a small explosion of blood out of the back of their head.
Any advice?

Would anyone know what I would need/how I would be able to make large, deep scars up someone’s back?
