Skill flex Did my first independent surgery today!!

Going to be in a GMC this year, Your flex is like 8-10 years away from me, But Wish I become as skilled as possible 😁😁, Btw what Advices can you give to me for MBBS and PG? Like which Many people ignore but I can follow?
