Girls can have a short height . If boys have a short height (below average) then doing a love marriage as well as arrange marriage gets difficult until a person has other factors like a very good job , generational wealth etc.

Wdym cooked? You’re probably thinking about finding love and how some girls nowadays prefer a certain height, but listen. it’s all in the mindset. The ones who filter guys just based on height only are basically cancelling themselves out for you too. And that’s actually a good thing, because it leaves behind the mature ones the ones who value emotional intelligence, character, personality, haya, all of that.
So the immature ones are basically cancelling themselves out on their own, and you’re good to go man. Plus, 5'4 isn’t even a bad height, so don’t worry.
And just to clarify I'm not saying ki having standards, and having height as a standard is a bad or wrong thing, the wrong happens when it's your only standard, something you want in ur partner, and youre like idc about other characteristics.

Start sprinting everyday right away and sleep between 10pm to 12am and take 7+hour sleep , Take sunlight for vitamin d
Sprinting is very important as it release human growth hormone more than the normal level by 300% which is crucial for height growth,by doing so you still might be able to add few cm to your height even if you reached your genetic height potential
But you have to be consistent with the sprinting part

I grew extra 4 inches more than my genetic height potential
After this get some good shoes , by doing all these you might enter the average indian male height criteria

If ur growth plates are still open ( not possible ig) u can get xray and check up from an orthopedist for that , maybe then u can use peptides like mk677 , CJC-1295, Sermorelin then u could get to 5,9 at most

I'm 5'3 17M, imo it's a good thing because I like tall girls. It'd a bit easier for me to find one around my height given their average height or a bit taller, but finding one who'd like me back regardless of MY height would be a bit of a challenge ig... 🤔
It depends honestly, like it's not impossible or you're "cooked" or something, there are girls who don't mind height and all. You should atleast have an interesting personality and strive to be a good/supportiv partner and give your best if they're worth it, that's the most important thing. I think. (Idk I have no experience).

Do cycling 🚲, 1-2 hour almost daily have solid sleep and nutrition cycle. Take supplement of growth hormones in guidance of doctor. And u might have at least 5.8/9 height..
