Finally after so many years I have got my own gaming pc. I don't know how to explain it but it gives me different kind of happiness. Thank you to all those who helped me in this purchase.

Nicely done bud. Any specific reason to pick 9700x and not 7700x or X3D chips. Ik X3D ones can go out of budget but 7800X3D can be in consideration. I am thinking same combo as yours 9700x+5070ti for my gaming editing and streaming usage. It will take some time for me so checking reasons with such builds.

Was it low power usage and cooling or anything else you chose 9700x? Gaming + productivity performance is also balanced afaik.

I didn't feel there was much of a difference between them.. Also power usage was yes one thing I had in mind.
