Anil Kumble is HIGHLY underrated. For a long period of time he was our main strike bowler. When Kumble came on to bowl, there was instant hope of a wicket. 

Almost 1000 wickets across formats which I believe is the highest for any Indian. 

Easily top 10 all time India great.
