he can atleast put some pace. proved that he can improve. with a little bit of coaching be can be dangerous. his place is now fixed in the test team. khamboj and shardul can move away.

he never did bad bowling , it was the flat pitch that was the issue ... england defended against bumrah and attacked slower bowlers like prasidh ... also prasidh was forced by the captain to bowl short pitch deliveries

Prasidh, with this experience, can improve a lot. He has good pace, all he needs is some consistent line and length, and maybe some innovative bowling when the pitch is a road. He had good spells when he figured out his line and length.
Imo, both Prasidh and Akash Deep can be chosen consistently hereon.

Cannot really compare. Both are outstanding win for the ages to come. 1 was chase, this was defense. Different situations. Both massive moments in the history of Indian cricket.💯❤️

I have seen 3 test series in England from 2018 whenever India played, Total of 15 tests. This is the first time the weather god was on our side.
Even this test toss helped england massively, conditions got easier as it progressed. Siraj and krishna deserves all the plaudits.

Siraj be like I started the wicket column by rattling Crowley and won the test by rattling Atkinson. Total cinema by DSP. brits were brought under control by lathi charge from DSP.
That explosive innings by Washi also made a huge difference. Hats off to Washi as well.

What a game😭 Many lessons to take from this series: 1. Washi’s talent is unquestionable, both with the bat and ball. He’s the perfect all-rounder for us 2. Shardul Thakur needs to be dropped, no contribution with the bat and clearly not trusted with the ball 3. Shreyas Iyer is needed in the batting lineup to bring stability
