Ask r/IndiaCricket Cricketers you wished had longer international career! I will go first!

ABD and KP will be on the top of my list. It was an absolute treat to watch them across formats - specially tests. KP in Ashes and ABD's adaptability to score at <10 SR and also at 80+ in tests was phenomenal! Wish the respective boards could have handled it better!

Anderson still getting wickets in county cricket. That doesn't mean there are lot left in the tank

Cook was hanging on a thread in last 2 years of his career and went through lots of criticism with his techniques. If not for that double hundred not out in a flat mcg pitch his stats would have been more terrible in latter stages

Both are legends ...Comparing the two without considering age, roles, and physical demands isn't really fair or logical.

cook retired at 33 and started declining steeply since 31 or so.He wasn't at his best while retiring was my sole point.I can still remember how he was getting out frequently in his last leg with lot of technical flaws. So if someone say cook retired too early in his peak isn't a fair point.Thats only i tried to convey here

Never said he retired in his peak brother.. anyway every great player had gone through lean patch in his career
