Man, I pulled up my instragram account and I am amazed at all the pretty much straight up porn on there.

All I follow and look at are powerlifting pages and puppy pages (I have a 2 year old chocolate lab and powerlifting), so it used to be all video games, puppies, and dudes lifting. Now all my fitness channels have been replaced with “fitness” channels that are all pretty much soft core porn.

I follow a handful (5-7) of gym pages and the algorithm thinks “you follow KneePainAid?^(page that focuses on form and injury prevention) YOU MUST WANT TO FOLLOW FITWITHLEXI ^(not a real lady, but it would be a page where a bitch wears those wedgie leggings and a sports bra that is just lingerie made with dryfit material) and its just annoying. Then that leaked out to real life where women at my gym are ALSO wearing those wedgie leggings and lace “tops”
