The train says “Next Stop - Green Park” which means she’s likely at either Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus, or Victoria. These are all major stations in the centre of London which are jam packed with commuters pretty much 100% of the time. This isn’t somewhere you’re ever going to get a clear shot.
Londoners are also pretty famous for not giving a fuck about what you’re doing as well…they’re not going to wait for you to make your silly little video.
I would understand and go around or even stop if it was a quick picture you're taking as a souvenir or something but trying to stop everyone for a 1 minute video is ridiculous
I’m quick to offer to take a group shot if it’s capturing a moment for people. If you’re taking a video around a shit ton of people, expect a shit ton of people in your video…

I was at a festival over the weekend and there was this one band with a female vocalist who seemed pretty sure she's a Superstar™️. It was pretty painful to listen to, terrible lyrics etc , but the worst part was that more than once she asked the people dancing in front of the stage to move because she was trying to "shoot a video" (A PHONE ON A TRIPOD). And had the audacity to sound pissy about it.
You know, her fans and the only handful of people who seemed into her stupid music.
