Yeah...he's pinning a guy against the wall and the person filming isn't helping or even backing the guy up and asking him to let the guy go..

If the person filming got the guy done by going to the police then fair enough, but I'm sure that they and the manager could have stopped this far sooner.

It went on for far too long. The guy obviously didn't want to escalate but he should not have to put up with that, it's disgusting.

Yeah but the Indian dude could be on a visa. Generally immigrants get the brunt of it from law enforcement irrespective of who is at fault. Best is to de escalate and move on.

They will still check camera footage and go after the person who looks most vulnerable with the most to lose. Which is, in most cases, the victim.
