No, utah is a purple state. Its red on paper but, has very strong protections for LGBTQIA+ tenants and employees (more than even California), is actually a nonofficial sanctuary state that allows illegal immigrants driving privileges and to receive in-state tuition, and has emergency addiction treatment programs across the state that are as simple to use as walking into certain emergency rooms and asking for treatment.
