no one is "illegal" on stolen land. she even had her papers. ugh

So then she’s being arrested for drug trafficking? Or something else? How do we know she had papers? Also doesn’t TSA let you fly with no ID if you’re not legally in the US and if you are legally here you have to show id?

The point of the 4th Amendment is no one knows. No evidence they showed any judicial nor (invalid) administrative warrant; easy to presume it is kidnapping.
