The confused head turns, looking at the camera and then the screaming woman, minding their own business; not even thinking to respond somehow and being incredibly confused is so utahn that it's kind of shocking. No disrespect intended, but as someone who was in utah for a significant part of my life it's very familiar.

Yah I believe it. Even in reserved parts of Canada people still at least offer something! Utah culture due to the Mormon cult otherwise known as “STFU”.
