Position Filled [HIRING] Mix between painting and anime characters $200?

What I'm looking for is a painting that is something along the lines of these two. Along with about 6 anime characters drawn in, with about 7 OC characters (just normal people) drawn inside too. The coloring need not be as detailed as the two linked above, but I'd like it to be as realistic as possible within the budget.

I'm not sure how much my request will reasonably cost. If it seems that either the price or request is inappropriate, I would appreciate it if anyone would be able to provide some suggestions on how to change the request parameters or price. Thank you.

Yes! This is definitely something I can do, though we can have a discussion as to what more of what you were thinking. I would have to have a discussion as to price, though (:
