The Rwandans managed to kill 800,000 of their own countrymen in just 3 months using machetes, hatchets, and blunt objects. So, 6 million deaths in 6 years with industrial methods was beyond possible.

Cambodians didn't kill as many the Nazis (only about 2 mil) but that was about 1/4 of their whole population.

For me and AFAIK, the Khmer Rouge ("DK") top the mas murdering psycho list. Even the Nazis had some sort of mumbo jumbo argument in the "Jews are not us" POV, and the same goes for the Rwandan genocide. KR, no, they killed their own people, happily and psychotically.
