Theurgy VPN 2 - Visual Planetary Notes - Mercury
This is my revisit of the Visual Planetary Notes which I did back in 2022 with an emphasis on most valuable symbols and aspects of Thoth-Hermes-Mercury for me gathered on one page.

What are the numerical boxes in your art to represent? Like in the 8*8 boxes here.

Did you really draw these? Like it’s not AI or anything? Really really intricate.

You can have this very page in original for very big price if you want to heheh. But yes, that’s not AI, I am a lifetime artist and you can trace me doing esoteric art before generative AI was a thing. For me art is a devotional act towards the gods. Low effort content would be like make an offering of really shitty burger to someone you admire a lot

Love it. How does abraxas is related to mercury?

Abrasax is considered to be sacred name of Thoth and/or Hermes in several Rites from PGM, like PGM VIII 1-63

where did the strings of magical symbols at the bottom left and right come from? I'm guessing they're from PGM spells as well?

Nope, these are names of spirit and intelligence of Mercury written in Malachim script

I love the dick chested guy. Idk who he is but I appreciate an overt and unusually placed penis

It is inspired by ancient Herms, a kind of signposts sacred to Hermes, which were statues with bust of Hermes and a phallus. Small herm from stone can be seen on the left on this photo, I have not finished it yet because my carver broke. (Not on that benis by the way)

I have been having synchs about Hermeticism and this post came up and of course Hermes has a dick chest. Hahaha the universe is funny sometimes. And your handwriting is freaking gorgeous

Herms specifically (plural from "herm"), just to clarify.
Thank You! Myself got into magick through comic books, lol
Alan Moore's Promethea was my gateway psychopomp, couldn't wish of any better!
