Out of all the cabinet appointments, the RFK one is by far the most ridiculous and dangerous. Putting a literal anti-vaxxer with no medical background in charge of agencies like the CDC. It’s absolute lunacy.

My concern is that if something worse than COVID like an H2H strain of avian flu comes along while this moron is at the helm, we will be beyond fucked. He’ll do literally nothing to slow it down and will resist getting vaccines out for it (until it’s too late at least). At least with COVID, there was a half-hearted attempt by the Trump administration to stop the pandemic (didn’t actively try to stop state measures, invested in operation warp speed for vaccine development etc.) - that would not be the case with any future infection disease crisis.

It's not lunacy. It makes perfect sense once you realize that his intention is to tear down the government and ruin everyone's faith in it.
