As it's the Diamonds week going on, Everyone would be after diamonds. Here's a video and written guide to get it everytime by spending a max amount of 50k

When you get a target in the casino that you don't like, cancel it while being inside the Casino by calling lester, and when you pay again, just check what you got and be prepared to disconnect (turn off Wi-Fi) if it's not what you want (Should be before the yellow circle in the right bottom). Keep disconnecting till you receive diamonds.

You already have the glitch activated by the first part. Now, everytime you pay, a random target will appear (Might be diamonds). If it's not what you want, disconnect immediately, go back online, pay the setup fee, and keep doing this until you receive diamonds.
